You can make a solution by mixing a dollop of dish soap in a bowl of water. Then dunk the blades of the clipper in it and move it back and forth till all the debris is gone. Soaking the blades of your clippers in 70% isopropyl alcohol will keep them clean as well as get rid of bacteria. Take a cup and fill it with alcohol and water in approximately 3:1 ratio. Then submerge your clipper blade into the solution for a minute or so. The hair and dirt will immediately slide off into the solution.
After a minute, get it out and wipe it to dry it and remove the excess solution.

Distilled white vinegar is a great way to sanitise and disinfect clipper blades at home. If you cannot get your hands on anything else, then you can use this home remedy for cleaning your Babyliss clippers. Fill a cup with distilled white vinegar and dip the blades in it for around 30 seconds.
After getting the clipper out, run it under water and towel dry it to remove traces of the vinegar solution.
